The wedding with the Winds.. Busy 3 days wedding at the brand new Intercontinental resort, Mahabalipuram. Chennai is fast approaching to be the next big beach destination in the country, over the year we have been a part of weddings which gave a miss to Goa and Thailand and found "Chennai" - The East Coast Road, lovely scenic drive, plush 5 star resorts and only 40 min drive from the Airport,o these are the main pre-requisits of the client.. White in conversation with one of the client, to find out why they preferred Chennai as a destination venue , Client Quote " Goa or Chennai - I want to take my guests to a beach resort for 3 full days with lovely ambiance and fuss less planning, while I can do it for much lower cost comparitively , what should stop me? ""Usually Guests prefer to stay at the resorts during the destination weddings, since all the fun and frills are planned at the resort by the wedding planner" .. Double Tier Jasmine Beauty for a Traditiona South Indian Wedding At Mayor Ramanathan Chettiar hall, Chennai. This double tire mandap is going up for the second time, the first time it was decked up with Sampangi , This time the top two decks were filled with Jasmine (you gotta give 100 on 100 for the fragrance it threw during the rituals) . We decided to give it a gold backdrop for the gold bells, and the Reddish maroon for the sides - South Indian Traditional weddings are usually associated with Gold,Red, White themes - we'd like to follow the routine . The side backdrop were given nice garlands and grills, and the pattern continued .. The chandler for the mandapam top , we mixed both white and red to give a fair bit relax to the eyes, we topped it with yellow roof , overall we stood up to the south Indian folklore and set up itself were distinguished!! Take aways - Gold with goes really well for the backdrop, red and white helps too. |

Exquisite Reception Designs The Following 2 designs, the Whtie western was at MRC and the White and green was at ITC, If you see the White western, we used patterns to give the 3 dimensional effect ! The exotic floral garden is something we are going to trend these days ! Overall It was terrific and left us in awe !
